About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our wide range of beauty products, and driving sales through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products and services to meet their individual needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches, ensuring you have a deep understanding of our brand portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
- Contribute to the development of in-store events and promotions, driving customer engagement and sales.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty and skincare, with a strong understanding of product ingredients and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to business growth.
