Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dry Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for managing site operations, including the site team and incumbent contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site operations, including the site team and incumbent contractors.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies.
  3. Coordinate with the Senior Site Manager to achieve project goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  5. Develop and implement effective site management strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Certifications:

  1. CSCS
  2. SMSTS
  3. First Aid

Experience:

Proven experience in site management, preferably in the construction industry.

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Working Hours:

Full-time, freelance position.

Salary:

£250 - £280 per day, depending on experience.
