Finishing Manager for Large Residential Development

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join our team on a large residential development in the City of Westminster. The project involves the construction of 760 high-quality homes, with the first phase comprising of 2 blocks and 226 homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive and complete daily tasks set out by your manager
  • Take apartments to completion
  • Manage and motivate subcontractors and site personnel
  • Complete snag lists, defects and remedial works
  • Work on fieldview
  • Ensure all finishing work meets standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finishing Manager
  • Strong experience working on large residential developments
  • Experience using fieldview
  • CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS
  • Strong references showcasing ambition, initiative and proactive attributes
