About This Role

The Product Change Manager is a key position within the Customer Service & Logistics Function at Mondelēz International. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them to global leads and/or program managers as needed.
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, as well as leading stakeholder meetings.
  • Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
  • Confirm project completion and consistency, ensuring readiness for live deployment.
  • Own relationships with external vendors, including quality assurance across all project phases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution to steering committee members.
  • Strong project planning and proactive risk identification, with a focus on cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving.
