Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, driving consistency and quality, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution, using established methodologies and tools.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them to global leads and/or program managers as needed.
  • Provide regular project reporting and status updates to stakeholders, using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings.
  • Lead budget management, resource planning, and utilization to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Confirm project completion and readiness for launch, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality assurance throughout project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, with a strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources and stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning and risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and technology solutions, with a focus on stakeholder management and influence.
  • Proven ability to build effective teams and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

This role is performed within the framework of a regional business model defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland. As a Product Change Management Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and excellence in the snacking industry.
