Acorn by Synergie is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team in the sales and estimating department. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing jobs and negotiating bids and tenders for various architectural metalwork projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Estimate costs of entire projects, taking into account materials, labor, and other expenses.
  • Read and interpret architects' and engineers' drawings to determine project requirements.
  • Conduct material take-offs and prepare tender documents.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain quotes and prices for materials and services.
  • Draft and prepare quotes and all supporting documents within set deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss tender requirements and follow up on quotes.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous estimating experience in the fabrication or construction industry.
