Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services to residents
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to achieve outstanding CQC ratings
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and development
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager of nursing or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
