Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that they are let and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including lettings, viewings, and property maintenance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report any issues to the relevant parties
  • Manage the property maintenance schedule, including arranging repairs and maintenance work
  • Process rent payments and handle any associated paperwork
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords

Requirements

  • Experience in residential property management
  • ARLA qualification a benefit
  • Good understanding of lettings and property management procedures
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
