Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older adults in our care homes.

About the Role

This part-time role is not open to international sponsorship. You will work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. We offer a comprehensive induction program and opportunities for career progression.
