Job Title: Build Estimator- Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team, reporting into a semi Commercial Manager and working on a large-scale construction project. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in a main contracting environment who possess strong commercial acumen and can demonstrate a track record of working within commercial, residential or leisure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and estimates for construction projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a quantity surveying or commercial estimating role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
