In this role, you will perform regular assessments and upkeep on various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, ensuring they operate safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding swiftly to maintenance inquiries, identifying problems, and executing repairs to minimize disruption and uphold a secure environment.

- Conducting minor repairs on fixtures, equipment, doors, windows, and carpentry tasks, as well as performing painting duties when necessary.

- Complying with safety protocols and regulations, recognizing potential risks, and promptly reporting safety issues to management.

- Keeping precise records of maintenance work, updating logs, and ensuring documentation of completed activities.

- Assisting with larger renovation projects or facility enhancements and collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in building maintenance or a related field. A solid understanding of building systems, tools, and equipment is essential, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance challenges. The role may involve lifting heavy items, so physical capability is necessary. A full UK driving license is also required as travel to various company locations may be necessary.
