Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and stimulation
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
