Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our community-based care team, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in various complex areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered care to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Experience in care (not essential, but desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
