About Our Community Access Worker Role

Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex. We are seeking a Community Access Worker to join our Blue Skies team in Tower Hamlets.

As a Community Access Worker, you will work with a diverse team to support individuals with additional needs, enabling them to try new experiences and progress through active support. The service will cover daytimes and include leisure activities such as swimming, community visits, bowling, museums, local parks/farm trips, and in-house activities like drama and virtual sessions.

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, passion, and energy to work with our team. Key skills and experience include:
