About Iggesund Paperboard

Role Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Lead, develop, and execute projects as necessary.
  • Oversee investment projects from initial study through to successful implementation.
  • Contribute technical expertise in Electrical/Instrumentation or Automation disciplines within project teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and meet all specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors and consultants, ensuring effective resource allocation on collaborative projects.
Key Deliverables

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating precise and comprehensive specifications that adhere to company engineering standards for equipment procurement and installation.
  • Managing the procurement and integration of spare parts inventory and documentation to support new equipment.
  • Providing necessary information for training operators, supervisors, technicians, and craft personnel.
Candidate Profile

The ideal Project Engineer will possess:

  • Relevant training in Health & Safety (IOSH Managing Safely).
  • Experience in the paper and board sector or a similar heavy engineering/process industry is preferred.
