Role: Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £35,000
Location: Ashford
We are seeking an experienced administrator with great IT skills and problem-solving abilities to join our Wealth Management client's busy Ashford office. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial services administration, supporting a team of 20 financial advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and maintenance of client files
- Administration and maintenance of company records
- Developing our use of our back office system
- Liaising with system providers
- Scanning documents
- Fee and commission reconciliation
- File audit
Requirements:
- 2 years IFA admin experience
- High degree of computer literacy
- Intermediate internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- XPlan experience desirable but not essential
