Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Repair Sales Coordinator to join our team at Boon Edam UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the sale of fixed-priced repairs, glass, supply-only parts, and retrofits.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring all information is entered into the CRM system and followed up via appropriate communication with the customer.
- Liaise with the field-based Area Service Sales Managers to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes
- Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable but not essential
- Based at our office in Ashford, Kent, the successful candidate will need to live within a daily commutable distance.
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office available after an initial settling-in period of 4 weeks
- ~ 23 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holidays
- ~ Annual leave increases with the length of service

- ~ Life insurance of four times your basic salary
- ~ Company Pension scheme after 3 months of service with 9% employer contributions
