Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mobile Catering Assistant to join our team. As a Mobile Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our kitchen teams in various schools within the area. You will help cook and serve freshly prepared healthy, nutritious school meals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of school meals
  • Ensure that all food is served on time and to a high standard
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to pupils and staff
  • Assist with the maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in a catering environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of schools and environments
  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
