About the Role

We are seeking a talented Software Development Specialist to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our development team to design and develop high-quality software applications
  • Develop and maintain our web-based applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Work closely with our testing, support, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products
  • Research and design new features to enhance our software applications
  • Resolve bugs and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct unit and integration testing of components under development
  • Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commercial understanding and excellent communication skills. You will also need to have experience developing in Java, HTML/CSS/Javascript, and SQL. Experience in Groovy/Grails, Hibernate, MVC Frameworks, Spring Framework, jQuery, Bootstrap, Linux, Apache Tomcat, REST/SOAP, and Jira will also be beneficial.
