Job Title: Project Manager Senior

With manufacturing facilities across 3 continents covering Europe, North America & Asia with two UK facilities at Teesside and Hartlepool, this is an exciting time to join us as we plan future expansion and growth.

As the Project Manager Senior, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading multiple projects from concept through to completion. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects fully meet business requirements.

You will track the wider project programme across the group of sites, work in accordance with all Natara EHS requirements, policies and principles, and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

You will develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

You will design risk mitigation plans and perform risk management to minimise project risks, direct internal and external project resources, co-ordinate meetings, and produce project reports.

You will develop a detailed project plan to track progress, track and communicate project progress across all sites, and ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Prince II / PMP / APM PMQ certification or equivalent training / experience
  • Skilled in MS Office suite particularly excel and MS Project
  • 3+ years working in a chemical manufacturing or process industry organisation
