Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Senior to join our team, responsible for planning, overseeing and leading multiple projects from concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects fully meet business requirements.
  • Tracking of the wider project programme across the group of sites.
  • Work in accordance with all Natara EHS requirements, policies and principles.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Designing risk mitigation plan and perform risk management to minimise project risks.
  • Direct internal and external project resources, co-ordinate meetings, and produce project reports.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Tracking and communicating project progress across all sites.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prince II / PMP / APM PMQ certification or equivalent training / experience.
  • Skilled in MS Office suite particularly excel and MS Project.
  • 3+ years working in a chemical manufacturing or process industry organisation.
