Supervisor Role

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to take on a challenging role in a dynamic retail environment?

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at Yours Clothing, a leading retailer of plus-size fashion. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing back-up management support and ensuring the smooth running of the store on ad-hoc days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to deliver a first-class shopping experience.
  • Optimise sales and individual customer purchases to drive business growth.
  • Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Replenish stock and maintain a well-organised store environment.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling, and undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and take responsibility for personal development.
  • Responsible for Health and Safety and opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
  • Cashing up at the end of the day and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
  • Training and coaching store colleagues as and when required.

3. A proven ability to work well within a team and to use own initiative.

4. Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment - you will need to work hard and smart.

5. Experience in a retail environment with a quality brand is desirable but not essential.

6. Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion.

Contracted Hours:

A minimum of 27 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours and flexibility required especially during peak trading periods.

Pay Rate:

£12.03 per hour.
