About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our Lettings team in Sittingbourne as a Lettings Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
