About the Role:
Our client, a prominent player in the logistics sector, is seeking a Pensions Co-ordinator to enhance their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Pensions Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pension administration from initiation to completion.

  • Oversee and process various transport modalities, ensuring compliance with all shipping documentation requirements.
  • Deliver logistical solutions and expert advice to our clientele, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate bookings with international partners, including agents, carriers, and transport service providers.
  • Ensure that all data is accurately recorded in accordance with organizational best practices.
  • Handle all client pension inquiries, including collections and declarations.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in pension administration and logistics is required.
