Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and firmware issues on all networking infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Network Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy network equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Security and Compliance: Adhere to strict policies and processes around security and data protection, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, being the primary point of contact for user issues and queries, and ensuring SLA requirements and Customer Satisfaction metrics are on or above target.
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver projects, including wireless surveys, firmware reviews, and updates, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documents, including internal documentation for the local team.
Requirements
  • Aruba Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience working with Aruba WiFi products, and certification in Clearpass and Airwave.
  • Networking Background: Proven extensive networking background, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to simplify technical detail.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, structured manner to meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Confident, collaborative working style, and the ability to interface with people of all levels.
Desirable Skills
  • Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls: Beneficial to have knowledge of Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls.
  • Network Management: Knowledge of network management tools, including HPE IMC and Solarwinds.
  • ITIL Service Management Foundation: ITIL Service Management Foundation certification.
  • IT Incident Management: Experience of IT incident management, including knowledge of multiple vendors' equipment.
