- Unit Governance: Contribute to unit governance through expertise and leadership, ensuring the ward complies with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in ward governance meetings and organizational quality improvement initiatives and service development.
- Service Development: Attend Monthly CAMHS governance meetings and regular Outpatient CAMHS MDT meetings.
- Research and Audit: Participate in monthly Academic meetings and engage in audit, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
