Lead Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Change Manager to join our team at Alstom in Derby. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading the Configuration and Change Management activities for the Cairo Monorail project.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the CCM activities in the Project/Program, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of delivered products and services.
- Apply Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates, and ensure team members adhere to them.
- Represent the CCM Métier in project and site meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform REX for CCM and lead improvements of the CCM activities within the Program/Project and CCM Métier.
- Evaluate and provide or approve compliance statements on all CCM-related requirements.
- Report and escalate any CCM-related issues, proposing possible solutions.
- Be accountable for CCM Performance Indicators, derive and manage actions (PDCA).
- Ensure the execution of CCM audits and DfQ Gates for CCM deliverables.
- Contribute to CCM training materials development and perform training when required/requested.
- Perform CCM Audits on demand.
- Manage configuration management activities, including identification, management, and accuracy of items under configuration control.

- Expert knowledge of Configuration & Change Management.
- Detailed knowledge and/or previous experience of Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Requirements Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrialization, Data Management, and Document Control inter-related with CCM.
- Substantial experience in a configuration and change management role.
- Work experience in an international environment.
- Mandatory knowledge of railway products, railway solutions (signalling, telecom, etc.), systems, and components.
- Knowledge of CCM tools (ALM, Clear Quest, Clear Case SAP, PLM, AEC-tpPLM, etc.).
- Ability to communicate with all involved project/program stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement on processes and standards for CCM.
- Preferable trained to a recognized Configuration and Change Management standard.
