Payroll Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for a dynamic group of CIS Clients, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for CIS Clients with precision and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring timely updates
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including PAYE and National Insurance
  • Process weekly wages for warehouse employees and subcontractors
  • Input Purchase Ledger Invoices onto the system
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Payroll Administrator, ideally with CIS Clients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and software
  • Solid understanding of payroll regulations, including PAYE and National Insurance
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
