In line with our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Engineering Training Standards department as a Base Maintenance Training Standards Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update MRO employee training records via AMOS
- Issue MRO training course records when requested
- Create Employee Training Reports when requested
- Monitor the mandatory training of MRO employees
- Schedule training courses
- Control classroom usage
- Control instructor alignment to courses
- Process enrolment of staff onto training courses
- Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses
- Maintain training registers for MRO training department
- Password Resets for Learning Management System
- Control Assessment Materials
- Responsible for notifying management team of instructor availability
- Book HOTAC at BM Training Manager's request
- Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment
- Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO
- Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested
- Send notification of courses running to base maintenance staff
- Assist other BM sites where designated by the BM Training Manager
- Report any error on training material to the BM Training Manager
- Report any training department necessities to the BM Training Manager
Requirements:
- Highly skilled aviation professional with experience in training coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
