About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enablement Manager to join our team at Michael James Associates. As a key member of our Operational Effectiveness (OE) team, you will play a critical role in optimizing end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Identify opportunities and issues through root cause analysis, and engagement with stakeholders across multiple teams, business units, and processes.
  • Initiative Development and Implementation: Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, engaging key stakeholders to gain buy-in for implementation where appropriate. Initiate and implement multiple mid-complexity improvement opportunities.
  • Project Leadership: Lead impact assessments, as well as the implementation and execution of assigned initiatives.
  • Operational Execution: Take ownership and influence the end-to-end execution of operational components for initiatives of mid to high complexity, impacting the broader line of business. This includes monitoring benefits, managing risks, scheduling, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Process Efficiency and Automation: Evaluate tools and procedures for optimal process efficiency and identify areas for automation.
  • Process Gap Identification: Identify process gaps using KPIs and conduct data and reporting analysis to address them.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree educated
  • Business Process Management Experience: Relevant experience in business process management
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
  • Project Management: Experience leading and managing complex projects
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management
