**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the commercial finance function within our Healthcare business, including ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the commercial finance function, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support M&A activity and provide financial guidance to commercial functions.
  • Review project budgets and provide financial analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the team.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong commercial experience, including deal reviews for large projects.
  • Previous exposure to M&A activity.
  • Previous Treasury experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong experience of budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to organise work, prioritise tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex financial data to a range of audiences.
