Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate English teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive English language instruction to primary or secondary school students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with national standards, ensuring high-quality English language instruction for students.
  • Classroom Environment and Student Engagement: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and success, promoting a love for learning and academic achievement.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey, helping students to identify areas for improvement and set goals for academic success.
  • Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with best practices in English language instruction.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Experience: Proven experience delivering English language instruction to students in a primary or secondary school setting, with a strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential, flexibility to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, and a positive attitude and passion for teaching.
