Global Consumer Insights Associate Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Insights professional to join our team as a Global Consumer Insights Associate Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research in support of the EU Regional Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consumer research that will help drive the development of new product innovation and in-market strategy & activation within the EU across Sun Care, Shave and Grooming segments.
  • Work closely with EU Innovation and Marketing business partners to deliver high-quality research insights.
  • Develop and implement research strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are integrated into business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Consumer Insights, preferably in the Consumer Goods/FMCG sector or with an Agency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of Consumers.
  • Ability to understand and interpret a range of syndicated data.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Can provide an objective point of view that is consumer-centric and data driven.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skills.
  • Ability to implement/execute initiatives with fiscal responsibility.
  • Passionate about connecting with and understanding consumers.
