About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Launch Assistant to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our Restaurant Launch Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting new restaurants as they get started with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to new restaurants, ensuring they understand the onboarding process and have a seamless experience with Deliveroo.
  • Work closely with the launch team, sales team, and account managers to ensure a smooth launch process for new restaurants.
  • Develop and maintain daily call plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Be fluent in French and English, with strong phone presence and IT literacy.
  • Be a team player, committed to professional development, and a positive influence on the team.
