About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Auto Services business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within site guidelines to ensure the efficient workflow of job cards, meeting volume targets and identifying fast-track repairs.
  • Review and implement cost-effective repair methodologies to optimize our services.
  • Collaborate with policyholders and engineering functions to resolve borderline repairable or beyond economical repair cases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely communication and resolution of repair-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Embed and maintain standard methodologies and lean activities as instructed by business strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of vehicle repair methods.
  • Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification.
  • Ability to achieve company and personal targets.
