About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the kitchen team
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
