Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and delivering high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver high-quality services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and more
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and products
- Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and more
- Ability to learn and develop new skills
