Trainee Farm Business Manager | Websters Rural


Our client, a leading agricultural business, is seeking a motivated Trainee Farm Business Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an agriculture background to grow their career in farm business management.


Position Overview

As a Trainee Farm Business Manager, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with farmers and customers, delivering exceptional service and value through a deep understanding of their unique needs. You will contribute to the business strategy of industry-leading grain supply, marketing, and trading activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with farmers and customers to deliver exceptional service and value.

  • Support comprehensive inputs supply offerings to farmers to enhance their productivity and profitability.
  • Assist in efficient and customer-focused grain trading activities to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Contribute to the development of a best-in-class storage network to ensure seamless grain handling and storage.


Requirements
