Websters Rural is seeking a motivated Trainee Farm Business Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an agriculture background to grow their career in farm business management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with farmers and customers to deliver exceptional service and value through a deep understanding of their unique needs.
- Contribute to the business strategy of industry-leading grain supply, marketing, and trading activities.
- Support comprehensive inputs supply offerings to farmers, including crop protection products and fertilizers.
- Assist in efficient and customer-focused grain trading activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of grain to customers.
- Contribute to the development of a best-in-class storage network, ensuring optimal grain storage and handling practices.
Requirements
- Background in agriculture or a related field, such as agronomy or agricultural economics.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Hardworking and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
