Job Title: Senior Lettings Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join our team at Alexandra Corke T/A Alban Recruitment Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and contractors, ensuring that all interactions are professional and efficient. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages accurately
  • Processing key systems and registering applicants
  • Matching properties to prospective tenants and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating rental offers and preparing lettings offer forms
  • Processing offers, carrying out referencing, and preparing Assured Tenancy Agreements
  • Informing tenants of changes to rental terms and arranging maintenance works
  • Carrying out check-ins and filing audits
  • Regular contact with landlords to maintain stock levels
  • Booking rental valuations and creating lettings particulars
  • Requesting reviews from clients and contractors

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven communication skills and a professional manner
  • High levels of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively

Salary: £22,000 basic, £35,000 OTE
