Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage all aspects of the monthly payroll cycle, including calculating deductions, handling new hires and terminations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, company cars, and other benefits.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
  • Analyse and resolve payroll and benefit-related queries, effectively communicating with colleagues across the business to ensure a high standard of employee experience.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience in payroll processing and legislation.
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Experience implementing new payroll systems, either as part of a team or project management.
What We Offer
  • A competitive rate of up to £145 - £225 per day, depending on experience.
  • Part-time hours - 3 days, may be negotiable.
