About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administration and sales professional with excellent organisational skills to join our client's international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and supplying sales documentation, liaising with international partners on projects, and accurately processing international orders, quotations, returns, and proforma invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing and supplying sales documentation
  • Liaising with international partners on projects
  • Monitoring product availability and liaising with all departments involved
  • Accurately processing international orders, quotations, returns, and proforma invoices
  • Ensuring international sales records are kept up to date
  • Ensuring customers are up to date with new product development, product changes, and price changes
Requirements
  • Experience within a sales environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong persistent and persuasive manner
  • Experience with international customers would be beneficial
