About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee all voids work-related repairs and compliance requirements at Southern Housing.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate voids work-related repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
- Oversee compliance with gas, EICR, asbestos, water hygiene, health and safety, EPCs, and waste disposal regulations.
- Lead and support a team of DLO operatives, electricians, and waste disposal operatives to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and coordination skills, with a strong focus on compliance and quality assurance.
Experience in a similar role, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional results, will make you a strong candidate for this position.
