Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Training: Act as a positive leader and role model, training and motivating our large team to deliver high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Business Management: Confidently work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to manage shifts and team members to help maximize sales and meet personal KPI targets.
  • Financial Oversight: Work with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain labor efficiency, manage stock control, and conduct performance reviews of team members.
  • Guest Relations: Manage guest feedback and relations, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Promotional Activities: Implement and drive promotional activities to boost venue visibility and attract more guests.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of cash management and experience with Zonal operational systems.
  • Bar experience with a passion for cocktail development.
  • Experience leading small teams.
