About the Role

As a Deputy Home Manager at HC-One, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a high-quality service
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
