About the Role

Cedar Care Homes Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating and updating databases, advertising job openings, and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, take notes, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Ensure that all new starters are set up on our in-house system and that contracts are sent in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including photocopying, scanning, and distribution of documents.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Good level of both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accurate records.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential).
