Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on wind turbines following predetermined schedules.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or technical challenges impacting turbine functionality.
- Execute repairs or component replacements as necessary.
- Keep comprehensive records of maintenance tasks and equipment conditions.
- Engage in special initiatives such as commissioning and significant component replacements.
- Stay informed about industry developments and technological innovations.
Client Interaction:
- Maintain on-site communication with clients to inform them about the progress of maintenance tasks.
Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Uphold the quality of components and guarantee the effective operation of electrical and mechanical systems.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Work alongside engineering and operational teams to enhance turbine performance.

Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in wind turbine maintenance preferred.
