About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Area Service Manager to join our team at AB Agri. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular customer service reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support to customers on our products and services, ensuring they are fully equipped to achieve their goals.
  • Work closely with our Area Coordinators and self-employed milk recorders and samplers to ensure efficient service delivery and meet performance standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote our services and participate in local and national events to raise awareness and build relationships with customers.

About You

  • You will have effective relationship and management skills, with a keen interest in agriculture and/or farming.
  • You will be able to manage your time effectively, work flexible hours, and have a valid UK driving license.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • You will have previous account management experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
