Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structured Finance Associate to join our growing origination team and structured finance business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the structuring and execution of complex international project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in cash flows modelling, financial analysis, due diligence, and review/negotiation of documentation with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Support the pitching process, including preparation of bid packages, pitch books, pricing & profitability assessments, and ratings.
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders on new transactions, including Risk, Distribution, Agency, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Legal & Treasury.
  • Execute mandated transactions until Financial Close, including liaising with external advisors and clients.
  • Assist the team in general marketing and ancillary activities, including client database management, presentations, and digital marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with London Branch AML Compliance Handbooks and other job relevant policies.
Requirements
  • Track record in financial services.
  • Experience working in a structured finance team.
  • Wider project finance experience beneficial with focus on renewables.
  • Experience in an origination or portfolio management role.
  • Strong credit and financial modelling skills.
  • European language skills beneficial.
