Senior Structured Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Structured Finance Professional. As a key member of our Project Finance team, you will be responsible for originating and executing complex Project Finance transactions across various markets.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and execute Project Finance transactions, including financial structuring, financial modeling, and managing due diligence processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and advisors to drive business growth and revenue.
- Provide expert advice on financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk management to support transaction execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide strategic guidance.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Structured Finance, Project Finance, or a comparable background in investment banking or other industry.
- Proven track record of originating and executing complex transactions, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, lenders, and advisors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex transactions and regulatory environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages an asset.
